Giving back is awesome! How does the "spread the love" donation work?

Want to do a good deed for the day? We have done the leg work for you making it simple and easy to do. Take a picture of your little one wearing an Ash & Co product and tag us on instagram. When we get the notification that you have tagged us we will take note and donate part of your hat purchase to the Mother's Without Borders humanitarian project. It's that easy! Thanks for doing good in the world! 

My measuring tape didn't work. What is the return policy?

If there is an issue with your order simply return it to us unworn and unwashed within 15 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue an exchange or refund. Let us know ahead of time and we will get the new size ready to ship and send it out as soon as we receive the return. We would hate to see your little one go without!

I'm so excited for my order. How long do I have to wait?

We are dedicated to getting your little one looking stylish and cool. Our goal is to have all orders shipped out within 2-3 business days. Expect another few days for the postal service to get you your package. We ship from South Jordan, UT so unless you are in a different country your order should arrive in less than a week depending on shipping destination.   

Packages will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number provided upon shipment. This way you can anxiously follow your package from beginning to end!
